All payments are via PayPal using a secure checkout, you do not need an account and a range of debit and credit cards are accepted. No payment details are stored on site.

Please take care to ensure your delivery address is entered correctly and accurately, no responsibility can be taken for orders consequently lost or sent to the wrong address.
All international orders are sent by standard Royal Mail air mail, delivery times can vary and there is no option for express delivery or tracking.
Please be aware of any import charges and customs fees you could be responsible for paying to receive your goods.
If an item is faulty on receipt or develops a fault please email firstname.lastname@example.org or ring Jessica on +44(0)7740768929 within 30 days to arrange your replacement or refund. Instructions for return will be emailed and postage will be covered for returning faulty products.
Every effort is made to ensure the product availability and pricing is as accurate and as up to date as possibly, however we reserve the right to modify pricing and withdrawn/amend products as necessary. The published price list at date of order will be honoured. Should a product be unavailable at time of order you will be informed of the delay and an expected lead time. A full refund or alternative will be offered if you prefer.
To cancel an order please let us know within 12 hours. Notification for instance, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. Please note if your order has already been dispatched you will need to arrange a return at your cost.

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
