15th Dec | UK Standard Free Delivery (you need to upgrade to the express service after this date to get your order time for Christmas).

UK delivery is free!
Please take care to ensure your delivery address is entered correctly and accurately, no responsibility can be taken for orders consequently lost or sent to the wrong address.
International delivery costs are £2.95 – £14.95 depending on size/weight.
UK only special delivery, 1-2 days lead time with a signature required on receipt. Please note the jewellery is often made to order so may take a day or two longer, please feel free to email if you need it for a particular date.

International orders are sent by standard UK air mail and delivery times are on average 7-10 days but can vary. Please be aware of any additional taxes or fees your country may charge.
Unfortunately we can’t be responsible for items lost in the post but we will try to assist as much as possible.
We’ll endeavour to inform you of any delay to your order.
Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days to request a refund if you are not happy with your item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the return. Please note the order will only be refunded on receipt of the goods in original condition. Buyer is responsible for returning goods, we recommend using recorded delivery where possible.
Please allow 14 days form receipt of returned goods to process the refund.
Unfortunately items brought in the sale or personalised custom orders cannot be refunded.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item is faulty on receipt or develops a fault please email email@example.com or ring us on +44(0)7740768929 within 30 days to arrange your replacement or refund. Instructions for return will be emailed and postage will be covered for returning faulty products.
