Delivery and Returns
**Royal Mail Strikes**
We are doing our best to manage these by working with alternative delivery services where possible, but for some smaller items that have to go via Royal Mail there maybe some inevitable delays. Please allow plenty of time for delivery and feel free to get in touch if you need your order for a particular date. Orders above £50 are sent by tracked courier as standard and for smaller orders this is an optional upgrade.
UK delivery ranges from 95p for small letters to £14 for larger heavier items.
We’ll ship your order asap, our normal post days for standard delivery are Tuesdays and Thursdays. We use Royal Mail which usually takes 1-3 days to arrive, but can be longer at busier times of the year. Please feel free to get in touch before placing your order if you need it for a particular date.
Please take care to ensure your delivery address is entered correctly and accurately, no responsibility can be taken for orders consequently lost or sent to the wrong address.
International delivery costs are £2.95 – £14.95 depending on size/weight.
All orders over £50 will be sent with tracking in the UK, please remember to include your mobile number for notifications from our courier. You will not be required to physically sign for your delivery during lockdown.
For orders less than £50 you can also choose this as an optional extra in your cart.

International orders are sent by standard UK air mail and delivery times are on average 7-10 days but can vary. Please be aware of any additional taxes or fees your country may charge.
Unfortunately we can’t be responsible for items lost in the post but we will try to assist as much as possible.
We’ll endeavour to inform you of any delay to your order.
Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days to request a refund after receipt of the goods if you are not happy with your item, please email email@example.com to arrange the return. You will then have 14 days to return the items to us, please note the order will only be refunded on receipt of the goods in the original condition. The buyer is responsible for returning goods, we recommend using recorded delivery where possible.
Please allow 14 days from receipt of returned goods for the refund to be processed.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item is faulty on receipt or develops a fault please email firstname.lastname@example.org or ring us on +44(0)7740768929 within 30 days to arrange your replacement or refund. Instructions for the return will be emailed and postage will be covered for returning faulty products. Please note this excludes sample sale items that have been sold as seconds, we still offer full refunds but the buyer is responsible for returning the item.
Sale Refunds & Returns
Reduced items and those purchased in sample sales are eligible for a full refund, please let us know within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, we strongly recommend a recorded delivery service such as Royal Mail Signed For. Please contact us to arrange the return and we will advise of the delivery address.
